hi I'm English 16 and live in Bulgaria. First about guns you are aloud to own an air rifle without a license but if you want something more powerful you have to be checked and then they can decide weather to issue you with a license. about schools the government schools are good but lack resources.
for a good private school the average price is 2500Lev a year which is equal to less than £1000 hope this helps
