1st suggestion: any community college is the most cost-effective.

2nd suggestion:
Harvard Extension school
University of London External program
UC Berkeley Extension
UCLA Extension
Thunderbird (Arizona)
Penn State Online

Professional finance certifications are nice but worthless down the road because often expire requiring you to re-new or re-train.

Academic finance certificates allow you to transfer the credits to a degree program later on. Hope this helps.
