Elvis loved football...and tonight is the NCAAF national championship between Ohio St. and Florida. I will watch it in honor of The King. I am listening to the Elvis station on Sirius today, but I do that every day so that's nothing new.
My wife and I have all of his movies (not all on DVD as they are not all available on DVD.) We have his music in spades on vinyl (before CD's we used to spin thingies called "records" that were made of vinyl), on tape, on CD's, and loaded onto our MP3 players.
I remember the day that Elvis died...my dad came home from work and played all of the 45's that he had. I was relatively young, but I knew that he died...and I felt sad that I would never get to see him live.
Yeah...I remember The King.

Yes I'm older enough to remember him and his movies too. My dad was a REALLY big Elvis fan cause he was from Memphis and we were from a little town called Milledgeville about 120 miles from Elvis's Graceland. That's in Tennessee.

I like Suspicious Minds and the JXL remix of A Little Less Conversation. I also like the old film pictures of him and various actresses....Ann Margaret comes to mind. And Elvis night anywhere is lots of fun because you get fat Elvis, midget Elvis and Elvis on stilts all in one place.
