What about silk flowers? Our wedding was in November and we did Silk flowers. I now have the arrangements to look at in various places in my house. My bouquet along with my husbands boutonniere and my kids flowers, (second wedding of course), are in a basket together.

I had tulips for my wedding, but I got married in the month of April. If you really want tulips and they are not in season when you are getting married, see if there is some other wedding-related expense you can cut back on so that you can afford the tulips, if that's what you really want. Best wishes to you and your fiancee!

Any flower shop should be able to get tulips any time of the year if they order them soon enough from their wholesaler. But, I would reconsider tulips because they blow open very fast after they leave the flower shop cooler. They won;t last long a all. And the grow long, and leggy. usually bending their heads downward.
parrott tulips I think are the prettiest.

ok I worked in a florist for 2 years, and that i will enable you comprehend its close to impossible for the florist to get them in that factor of year.....if no longer thoroughly impossible, the wholesale properties do no longer carry them after approximately could, and if by potential of a few miracle you have been able to get them, you will possibly pay dearly for them. to no longer point out they are certainly one of those tempermental flower, they're going to hunch and that they open up so rapidly(like a million hour after being out of the cooler at situations) and that i think of they look poor as quickly as they have opened, and as quickly as they have opened, they are going to be lifeless interior 3 hours. to no longer burst your bubble, yet i might definetly start up looking into the two good silk tulips or different flora! some off season flora you probably can get, jointly as they are extra high priced, you probably can get them, even nevertheless it replaced into my experience which you will desire to easily carry it up on the tulips or bump your date back! good success with it!
