My daughter is having twins soon. She will not be breast feeding. What kind of bottles are the best for very small babies?

avent bottles are really great for newborns. my sister always used them with my nephew bc he had colic, and it really reduced him having a sore tummy so much. dr. browns are also good, and so are evenflos. avents are usually used by women who are breastfeeding, but it doesnt really matter what you put in them lol. they can be more expensive, so evenflo is a great alternative. its a good bottle that doesnt cost as much.

Honestly, I LOVE the Gerber natural latch bottles. They are sold at Walmart and Target for sure. They have nice wide bottle tops, and come in 5 oz, 7 and 9 oz bottles. They worked SO well and our daughter even had some digestive problems when she was around 3 months old. We tried the Vent Aire and the Playtex dropable liner bottles too before and those didn't work as well. They run about $3.25 a bottle if buying individual bottles or starters packs are cheaper. Good Luck!!

I used Avent. Theyre Pretty Expensive, but in this case YOu get what you pay for. The Nipples last LONG and the bottles are made to prevent colic. and she just loves it more that any other bottle.

I didn't have twins, but I used Gerber bottles with no problems. My baby was fairly small, not quite 6 lbs.

You should really try Avant bottles. Since they have came out that has been what my whole family uses when it comes down to choosing and that is my choice for feeding my son. I am due in a few weeks. :) good luck to you and to your daughter :)

I use the playtex nurser drop ins. So much nicer then having to clean bottles. These ones you just clean the nipples. Also you dont have to worry about any recalls because of BPA.

I used evenflo and gerber. to be honest, she won't know until babies are born which ones she prefers, or the babies prefer. Buy a variety and let her try them out. Dr. Brown's are good for upset tummies, but they are a pain to clean!

ANY, I WOULD USE PLATEX, THE HOSPITAL WILL GIVE YOU SOME IDEAS, BUT WHEN MY BROTHERS WERE BORN AT 28WKS. THEY USED A REGULAR NIPPLE WHEN THE WERE BIG ENOUGH TO USE A BOTTLE
