According to the rules of proper etiquette, a gentleman is supposed to follow ladies up stairs and precede them down stairs in case they slip and fall.

Actually I have a true story here. I was haning out with these 2 chicks in Arrowhead village, and I let them go up these stairs first and they totally busted me for checking out their asses.

I know it's confusing. They'll think you're a gentleman if you let them ahead of you through a door or ahead of you in line but if it's a situation where it affords you long looks at their butt they'll assume your motive was a$$ related.
