Mix an ajax with bleach type cleanser with a small amount of liquid bleach. Cover the entire flooring with this mixture and let it set like overnight. In the morning, be sure you have the fan running, turn on the water and scrub the area as you wash the cleanser down the drain.

If it's really bad, I would try what Gary S said and then when you wash it all down, use the Mr Clean Magic sponges. I can't use a lot of cleansers with strong scents and I have found that the Mr Clean Magic sponges (whatever the correct name is) work great. you just use water and seems to stay clean a lot longer, gets in little grooves. Keep one in the shower with you so you can wash floor and walls while in there. doesn't take much elbow grease either.
