How come the one episode of Friends with Charlie Sheen never airs on TV?

The one were he is Phobe's boyfriend and they both get chicken pox.

I just saw this episode on FOX last week! On my local
FOX, friends re-runs are on from 6-7 every night, they started at the beginning and show them all in order. I love how Monica puts pot holders on them with duct tape! LOL
