I have a Xbox that is producing perfect circles on game disc, thus making the $60.00 games inoperable. I am not causing the marks, and just want to know if someone else is having this problem. I have called Xbox and they swear that an Xbox can not damage a game disc. I swear, I must have the magic one, cause it is doing it, and has already destroyed two perfectly brand new game disc. I place my machine horizontal and I dont touch the machine during or after play except to place another disc in the tray. Please if anyone has heard any problem as mine, please give me details, and what you do to resolve the issue. I want to buy another, but I dont want to keep trying and wasting money if there is a known issue out there.

I have heard of this problem. You need to send the Xbox in for service. Call microsoft (the specific number listed for the 360), explain the problem and they should hook you up with no problem (if the machine is in the warranty period).
