Tips for gaining weight......?
Does anyone have any tips on putting on some weight? I am naturally slim but want to put on some more weight and add more curves. I am 5'3 and 100 lbs. I exercise and eat alot of carbs and snack all through the day but no luck. I have had 3 kids and "spread" alittle bit but am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Should I drink boost or ensure? Should I be taking a weight gainer supplement? Any advice would be appreciated thanks :)

I would drink boost that stuff works and drink it with your meals.

Check out weight gainer supplements. While my mom was ill & losing weight, these were used with effectiveness.

You should really talk with your doctor (or a nutritionist) about how to gain weight in a healthy way.

consume more fat in your diets and carbs... for example more pasta and read meats
