where is it from? like wat country and stuff

ok description:
first side:
looks like a harp, on top words - EIRE, on bottom numbers- 1970
bout the size of a quarter, maybe a bit smaller

second side:
a bull...and above it the number plus word = 5p

the coin has a bronzish color a bit golden...golden/bronze color

the E in EIRE has a lil appostrophe or something above it

Because it is from Ireland and it is 5pence,the pound equivalent was the pund.
