I would suggest to enroll in a course on it. Much to my surprise I found that many community colleges have excellent foreign language classes and are pretty cheap. Another avenue you might choose would be the Rosetta Stone. They are a company that produces personal study programs. After I learned Latin I bought some of their products to further my development in Latin and bought some for Spanish as well. I have to say that it works pretty well if you are committed enough. My Latin is great and my Spanish is coming along at a decent pace. It is available either online or as a CD-ROM. They offer feedback, suggestions, etc. And, if I remember correctly, there is some sort of gaurantee/refund policy. You can also get a free demo to see if you like it (http://www.rosettastone.com). Good Luck.
