Having not met or interviewed a statistically valid sample of English women on the subject, I am not in a position to say.

Most women aren't happy; they're too busy worrying about how bad they look or how fat they are, or how they have no friends, or they got Aunt Flow visiting and EVERYTHING is just AFU. They might be happy for a couple minutes once a month or so, but then they'll find something else to worry about.
