You could buy a concert ticket to see her favourite band /singer,or theatre show.Take her on a midnight picnic on the eve of her birthday.Buy her something meaningful and inexpensive its the thought that counts not the amount you spend on it,perhaps someone could make something for her ,better still make it yourself, i.e.A BIG CARD with a hand made bead necklace. It could be jewelry not a ring (u know what it could mean} a gift card, a nice dinner out depends.
