For Christmas I sent a giftcard to my son and he has not gotten it. Is there any way to track it to see if it has been used?

Contact Wal-Mart. They will ask if you have the number of the card. They can track it intheir system. I use gift cards all the time and Sears has done this for me when one went astray.

You have to have the number of the card. If you do have that number then you can contact Wal-Mart and they can transfer any credit to a different card. However, if someone else has already used that card then you are pretty much out of luck.

Yah, you have to have the pin # off of the back and the 1-800 # that goes with it. If you go into the store and go up to costomer survice ask them to see if it has been used befor or to run a history on it. They will be able to tell you when it was used and how much of it was. If you have the card number, you can check it online at Wal-Mart.com. It will list all of the purchases on the card. Also, the store can pull up the history.

If you have the serial number from the card, yes. But it will not tell you who used it.
