dose politics help the digital divide grow?

i am doing an ebook on the digital divide and im stating what created and made the digital divide so big. and im looking at diffrent aspects of this like money and genral growth in technology but i wanderd if politics had anything to do with its rapid growth. cheers

I don't know what you're taking about. Computers are so dirt cheap now even my friends who live in a ditch and are thousands of dollars in debt have computers.
