Are you looking for someone to write your term paper?
No one is going to devote the time it would take to answer that question thoroughly.
For the most part, the differences would be how they view the structure of government.
But there are so many ways to look at "freedom."
Are you talking about individual freedoms, freedom from governmental intrusion, freedoms that a government should strive to protect, or what?

This is a really tough question. Social democrats and liberalists support personal freedoms (like thought, speech, press). Social democrats also support the freedom of a person from the market (decommodification) and liberalists want freedom from the state (there are of course many forms of liberalism like neo-liberalism or ordo-liberalism with different concepts of freedom).
Marxist (but not Marx himself) don't care much about freedoms, they are more interessted in rights, but that's a different story.

They don't differ. Each hold individuals subordinate to the state, the purpose of the individual is to serve the state, as such Freedom is subordinate to state. They all support Democracy, without protection of individual rights. They are all based on marxist principles and the primary difference is the stage of development. Liberalism (modern usage) and Socialism are the path to the final Marxist utopia of communism. So Socialism and Liberialism (modern usage) are the means and communism is the end.
Socialist and Communist also hold the belief that in general people are not capable of making their own decisions and must be guided by more intelligent and enlightened individuals. And in the paradoxical idea that these unwashed masses are at the same time unable to manage their own affairs and infallible in selecting these more intelligent and enlightened individuals by popular elections.
Classical Liberalism places the highest priority on Freedom, and protection of individual rights. As in "to preserve these rights governments are instituted amongst men" which clearly places the state subordinate to the individual, not the other way around. Classical Liberals believed people are capable of self government and are in the best position to make decisions for themselves.

In no way at all. They are all Demigods hiding under the mask of equality for all. Of course they need to find a leader like, oh, say, THEMSELVES?
