Being realistic there are so many other options if have a fair complexion. Try Jergens Natral Glow daily moisturizer. Tanned skin may be the "it" thing but I prefer to have beautiful skin in the next 20 years. It's sad noone cares about the consequences of their actions. Later in life though you will have proof of which looks better.

No, If God made you "pale" then that's what you should look like! I don't believe you should try to look like everyone else in the world-be an individual and stand out in the crowd. Be who you are and not something the world wants you to conform too.You can look very beautiful if you're "pale".

if you do it gradually ( acquire sun ) a few short minutes at a time ( daily, weekly ) thus applying moisturizer to the skin after-wards, you will not only look healthier, you will feel healthier as well. Sun= vitamin D.

be realistic ??? haven't you heard of skin cancers ??...tanning just ages your skin and dries it out and makes you more wrinkled when you get older .....
Tanning is the same thing they do to cowhide to make leather...
