At about 7 weeks I started to feel exhausted and I would have a feeling like I was going to throw up. I never did actually get sick until about 12 weeks. I have only thrown up once. I am now 13 weeks and I feel worse then I did in the begining. I get about 10 hours of sleep a night then I go to work and feel awful. I feel like my body is just shutting down. I have been getting headaches while at work and I want to go home and curl up in my bed. I have taken so many days off from work, I'm afraid I'll get fired and then I won't have any health insurance. I had an ultrasound at 11.5 weeks and the tech said everything looks fine. I'm going to see my doctor tonight for my check up and I will be sure to tell her what's going on. Has anyone else had this? I just don't know how much more of this I can take.

My sister was exhausted all the time with her second pregnancy. She found out that she was anemic. Some iron cured it.

Yes, I understand what you are going through. I had that same feeling for 4 months straight. I am now 24 weeks and feel fine. Trust me it will eventually fade away. For 4 months all I did was get up and drag myself to work and come home and crash on the couch everyday. Just smelling food made me sick. I had to wake up and try to eat a few saltines before I got out of the bed and if I didn't I would wind up throwing up in the shower. My sickness was morning, noon, and night. I really thought I was dying. Good luck with everything and I hope it gets better soon!!

You are not the only one sweetie. I just hit my 13th week today and feel the same way you do. I have also taken off plenty of days, but I work for the State of Texas, we don't do much anyway. I sleep a little less, but I still have trouble getting up and functioning. Do you have other kids ? All I can tell you is do the best you can, give all you got and if these morons can't understand, Screw'em.

Good Luck and Congrats...

Not everyone does. And you are very early in your second trimester anyway. At 13 weeks I was throwing up at least 3 times a day or more with both of baby pregnancies. Pregnancy is just tough no matter what on most people. So just hang in there.

Normal :(, It is different with everyone. Here are some hints that helped me-

Don't eat fatty food
Eat many small meals, even when you may not feel hungry, crackers, easy to digest things like yogurt, rice, potato , anything that sits well.
Drink water!
Try to fit in naps whenever you can
Ask your doctor what is best for the headaches

Hopefully you are at the end of it, and soon you will be getting bursts of energy that you won't know what to do with. Stay positive! You aren't alone .

I had really bad morning sickness from 6-16 weeks. Morning sickness lasts different lengths of times depending on the person.

NORMAL! Pregnancy is not easy for everyone. During my last few months, I felt the same way you did. I didn't know how much more I could take either, it'll get better. Don't worry. Just don't expect your pregnancy to compare to anyone that has been giving you advice. It is different for everyone. It is all normal what you are feeling.

Morning sickness differs in everyone. some people tend to have morning sickness for their entire pregnancy, some not at all. and every pregnancy is different, you can be really sick during one pregnancy, and perfectly fine during another. Just hang in there hun, it'll deminish when it's ready. Good luck and congrats on baby!

It sounds like you just have a bad case of morning sickness which is totally normal with being pregnant. Morning sickness can last all day and even all during your pregnancy. Some women just have it worse than others.

Hi there, well, I haven't been pregnant yet, but my mom said that she was fine with me, but then was sick almost the whole pregnancy with my sister. I guess it just depends on the pregnancy. Good luck and congratulations...remember what you will be getting at the end of this. =)
