i used to have sea monkeys when i was little..and remember them coming in little packets that were dry, but once they were put in the water with food, they came to life
if i give my fish freeze dried bloodworms or brine shrimp, this won't happen, will it? i don't want a bunch of little worms or shrimp in my tank, but i want to give my fish a treat.

Nope; inside the little packets of 'sea monkeys' which are a form of "artemis" brine shrimp, are there dried eggs. Brine shrimp eggs are called cysts because they can lie dormant for a long time, only hatching when they are placed in water. Since you're feeding freeze-dried or frozen, you're feeding dead brine shrimp, and they can't come back to life.
And one last measure of security: brine shrimp will not survive in fresh water.

The packets in sea monkey kits are specially prepared eggs that will hatch in brine water only (salty water). The ones they give you as fish food are dead, dried, adult brine shrimp. They won't come back to life, even in salt water. You have nothing to worry about.

No stupid questions in here lol, I think you will be fine giving you fish a treat, just go easy on the treats you don't won't to over do it. Sea Monkeys were great weren't they, the joy of thinking there were little monkeys with wings swimming in your water, what a great memory.

No this won't happen. Sea Monkeys (Brine Shrimp) come as eggs that then hatch after they are added to water.
The freeze dried foods are exactly that, freeze dried items, and cannot come back to life.

the only stupid question is one that is not asked, no this will not happen, your fish will love the treat. just give them a small amount, just what they can eat in little amount of time.

I am pretty sure that your fish will eat it. But if they don't, it will just sit there.
