Diego would definately be a boy name. It's cute but i;m sure about the middle name maybe Diego Lucas, i think it's cute but i dont know how you'd feel about it

We named our 4 month old Diego. We love it! We used my husbands first name as his middle name.

Diego is a fantastic name. My little cousins name is Diego which actually means James. His name is Diego Amadeo.

Possibly a short form of SANTIAGO, but it is more likely derived from the medieval name Didacus which meant "teaching" from Greek διδαχη (didache).Diego is spanish and means the suplanter. The name is Nice! What do u think about Darrel also? It means beloved. Ithink it is also a nice name!

Just use the full Names of the leged, 'Diego Maradona'.
