He'll get to most TD passes first, and I have to think he'll be back.
If you watch him play, Favre is a youthful 37, in far better physical condition than contemporaries like Elway, Montana and Marino were at similar points in their career.
Bottom Line is if Favre wants to retire he will, but unlike many QBs at this advanced age, Favre has PLENTY left in the tank. Still a big arm, still enough mobility. The only problem is that he has interestingly become MORE of a gambler with age, and it has burned him.
Why are you always hating on Favre? I'm no Green Bay fan, but give the guy his due! First ballot Hall of Famer. A Top-5 all-time QB. At the top of his game 1995 to 1997 he won 3 straight MVP's and was a true physical marvel. Also the consecutive games streak, Herculean durability.
Get off the guy's back!

How do you people figure he's closer to the record for INTs than TDs? He currently has 414 TDs and needs 7 to break Marino's 420. He has 266 INTs and George Blanda's record is 277, so I'm pretty sure he needs to throw 12 picks to have that record. When was the last time 7 was greater than 12? Favre is a god whether he retires or not. He will always be The Man, The Myth, The Legend, The Silver Bullet, The Ulitmate Gunslinger 4ever and I'm gonna cry when he hangs it up

TD Passes. The number of interceptions is rather high but you need to look at the type of game they play in Green Bay and ultimately it comes down to winning games and winning the Superbowl. His record speaks for itself!

id like him to get the most td passes one cause like him or not dude works hard, i dont know if i would of played if my dad had died,but hes closer to the most ints and his receivers arnt that great right now so i guess if he decides to come back ill be fun to watch and see.

if he plays, INTs, he throws alot of them and is much closer to that record (unless pack has an easy schedule at the begining of the season)
