Probably superman. Just because he could pick a massive building or something up, fly above him and just drop it on his head. end of!

Superman. As shown in the first Superman Hulk crossover, when Superman is braced and prepared for it, NOTHING can move him, not even the Hulk. Hulk respects those who are not puny.
What’s more, Superman doesn’t have to hurt him to defeat him! All he has to do is tickle him! Nobody can stay angry when they are laughing. Hulk would soon revert to Bruce Banner and thank Superman for finding a way to stop him without a lot of destruction and people being hurt, because, after all, Bruce Banner is a gentleman.

OK folks apparently no one remembers the old Comic DC and Marvel cross overs Sup and The green machine fought the fight was to a stand still though Superman had the upper hand though brains and speed as well as other abilities. Remember folks as the Hulk gets madder he gets stronger. But to base of the question depends on which Superman era and Universe we want to use and the Hulk has the same question though we answered with the current Hulk Marvel uni 1.
So the question is with Superman Gold Age Silver Age what. Also in what condition would Superman be in like after Doomsday when he was in the recovery suit what.
Gold Age Superman Verses Current Hulk -------Hulk Wins
Silver Age Superman Verses Hulk ---------------Superman
Modern Superman Versus Hulk-------------------Superman
This is my take on the Main Universe of DC and Marvel keep this in mind. BTW Silver Age Superman would win though he would be worse for ware.

Superman. He grabs the Hulk by the pants and throws him in Outer Space. Eventually the Hulk Freeze Superman then uses the Phantom Zone Projector and sends him away

Are we talking Pre-Crisis Superman?
This is a tough battle.... Though I'm inclinded to give this one to Superman.
The New Planet Hulk Version of Hulk Is far more powerful then I've seen him in years... and He's fairly smart too. (Most recently he dived into the magma of planet Sakaar and shifted the tectonic plates, pulling them together in order to keep the planet from taring itself apart!) This mindboggeling power is still paled in comparision to Pre-Crisis Superman's. He has moved planets (true most of the planet's mass was negated, but still)...
Given some more time (since his strength seems to continue to increase on Sakaar) and rage, Hulk might be able to beat the snot out of Superman, since I'd say he is far stronger then Doomsday was when he "killed" Kal-El....
But for now Superman wins a hard fought fight.

Superman would win. He could out smart the Hulk even if the Hulk is bigger (too big in the case of the Ang Lee version)

This is so Stupid , it wouldnt matter what era SuperMan would still take him Down , why is that The Old era SuperMan practically fought the new one to a standstill , and if that is not enough Super Speed Punches a Million times and it wouldnt matter who you are your going down , true the madder he gets the stronger he gets , but how strong are you going to get when your knocked out.

by the old superman do you mean befor he could fly (when he oridionly came out) in that case the New Hulk becouse the mor superman puncers the sronger Hulk gets
