Is it safe to go to the gym while pregnant? I'm considering doing the treadmill thing just to stay in shape through this whole thing... any ideas?

yes ma'am, esp. if you want to keep your body trim and healthy. i am still taking ballet, yoga classes, doing cardio and weight training and i'm 15 weeks pregnant. i'm going to keep it up as long as my dr. says it's ok and i feel good doing it. i have had to slow down and reduce the weight though, but that's kind of nice! :)

I know many pregnant women exercise, its, depends what kind. In my Callanetics studio even the instructors are pregnant

Keep your heart rate at 140 beats per minute or below and keep from overheating.
