I guess kids are now using leches to get high.... What is that? I think its called slomming or something? I have not clue, like what does it do? what are the effects? what is it called and why do they do that?

The commercial is talking about smoking pot. It uses leeches as a way of saying how ridiculous it is to do drugs. Like the age old question "well if someone tells you to jump off a bridge are you gonna do it too?"
At the end of the commercial it shows a joint (marijuana cigarette) burning...
And I think the word "slomming" you are referring to is actually the word "slumming" and that is a slang term for when men go out and hit the slummy strip clubs.

i don't think there is a commercial about leches because that doesn't exist you must be stupid har har.

i see the point of it. but leeches are nasty and i change the channel every time its on.
