i'm currently lookin for jobs. i have applied to many positions. the problem is -- i don't apply for jobs I kno I'm qualify to do because I'm scared i might actually get the job! there are a few jobs i kno for a fact would hire me but i'm too scared to apply. what is wrong wit me? I do want to work n make my own money but i'm scared of gettin these jobs -why this happening and how i can stop this cycle?

what scare is: workin wit new people but mostly that i might mess up eve tho i kno the job details.

The only insight I can give is that when you are good at or have an apptitude for a specific thing it makes the pressure to preform that much greater. People will expect more of me in this position because they think I am qualifed for it and if I screw up then I have let them down and I have let myself down. If I never do what I am capeable of then I can say " well I know how to do that but ...."

You did not say 'what' about getting the job scares you.
Dealing with new people ?
Fear you might screw up ?
Getting stuck in an office for 9 hrs because you're claustrophobic ?
Until you know the rest of the fear, responding would just take up pages of us guessing.
