I can't access my tiscali emails, either through Outlook Express or by logging on to tiscali. Their support has taken me through the usual (change p/word, cmd, etc) all of which are OK. They also suggest reinstalling TCP/IP.
Anyone got any further suggestions

I don't get any error messages!
If I log in on web mail I'm told I have 0 messages.
If I log in on OE I don't get anything.

what errors are you getting when you try to access them
1. through POP3
2 through webmail
??
After reading ur addition notes, it does look like the address is dead!
Have you sent yourself an email?
If you want one sending with some tracking code, let me know, I can see if it bounces back and where from!!

Im afraid I dont know the answer but my sister told me yesterday she hasnt received e-mails on Tiscali since 18/12/06. I asked for her on here,but didnt really get a suitable reply except that most thought Tiscali was c**p

Can you access them via the web (Ie Web Mail) ? If not then its probably a password / username problem if you cant access them via the web then your account may have been disabled - this will be the case if you are using a different service provider

Perhaps you should have placed a plaster, on the t.c.p. area to stop it getting infected in the first instance. It is a very good anticeptic. Other anteceptics are available.
