Try pointing his penis downward when putting the diaper on. I personally didn't like Cruisers or any Pampers products and preferred Huggies Supreme.
Try the next size diaper, at least for overnight. You'll eventually need them anyway and it might help as they'll come up higher on his tummy.
I never tried this, but my friend lined her diapers with a Maxi-pad and got good luck increasing absorbency for overnight use.

I am a mother of 2 boys of which my youngest is 2. I have been having the same problem with my son. He sleeps on his belly with his butt in the air sometimes and he was always waking up soaking wet.
I have tried limiting his liquid intake before bedtime. When he was smaller, I got him Huggies Overnites diapers for bedtime. I've found that if you go up a size and diaper is too big, then its baggy and doesn't really contain the wetness any better than his regular diapers do. The Overnite diapers are more absorbant and I had better luck with those. But now that he's in a size 6 diaper, the Overnites are too small so I've been using Pampers Cruisers at night and Luves during the day. The Cruisers seem to fit more snug around his belly, thus containing the leakage.
If your son is not sleeping through the night yet, perhaps diaper changes when he wakes would be a good idea.
Good luck!!!

Go back to trying the cheap target brand diapers. I think the cruisers are not as good at holding it in as their designed for crawling and moving. I have a petite 5 year old boy that still wets the bed every night and that's what we use for him. Boy do they work because boy does he go! I also have what we call a pee-pad, that someone made for me (removable cloth cover with waterproof middle) that we try to lay under him. Also bigggggg thing to remember, make sure his peeper is pointing DOWN when you put that diaper on, or no amount of liquid will stay in! ha ha , learned that the hard way. Good luck!

We LOVE huggies overnites...they will hold more pee that any other diaper. They run smaller than Pampers so you might want to buy a size 4. My son was a 3 in Pampers and a 4 in these Huggies.
I did it to save my sanity. Strip the mattress down bare. Add one waterproof mattress pad, then add a sheet. Next add another waterproof mattress pad and then put on the fitted sheet. I used to make 3 layers of pads and sheets. When he pees on one rip it off and the fresh clean sheets are underneath! *Voila* Dry bed.
Best of luck to you, take care.

I really like Pampers because Huggies fills up after they go one time. The only thing I can tell you is to make sure it's pointing down when you put on the diaper or maybe its on too loose.

I havent had problems with the whitecloud brand from walmart. Parents choice brand also has low leakage results. With any diaper you'll find some leakage with little boys, if he'll tolerate it I suggest changing him in the middle of the night. I find the first part of the night is the wettest for my boy so if I change him before I go to bed hes fine the rest of the night. Just observe your little ones habits and go from there.

Personally, I would try to change the brand of diapers you use, even trying the cheaper one's such as Tesco or Asda's own make. I have a 21 mth old girl and a boy who's 3 wk's old. I used to have the same problem with my daughter and I expect I'll have same problem with my son in a few month's time, as I hear it's very common with boy's. I use Tesco's own brand and have had better luck with them. Good luck, whatever you try or decide!

Well...I think you should go in his room when your going to bed and flip him on his back. But if he still wakes up in the morning with urine all over him switch him to size 3 diaper.
