How do you know that she isn't drinking water? I'm just wondering how you came to that conclusion.
If you are using a water bottle, you might try using a water bowl instead. Some rabbits don't like drinking from a water bottle. And with it being winter, the water bottle nozzle may be freezing up very fast, preventing her from drinking water if she is outside.
If you are having a lot of trouble, you might try putting some jello powder in your water to flavor it some. Sometimes adding rabbit vitamins to the water can help in getting them to drink.
See http://www.klubertanz.com for rabbit vitamins. It normally is a bag of yellow powder that you add to the water. About a teaspoon or so is added to 2 gallons of water.
There's another item that can be added to the water but I can't remember it's name that sometimes help get them to drink. Something acid pack I think. It's kind of sweet like vanilla.
Is your rabbit a wool breed? If so, you may want to give it papaya tablets regularly. You can get them at your local health store. They will help prevent fur blockages in their digestive system that could cause constipation. Most rabbits will eat them like candy.
Also you may want to check that she isn't sick with something else. Sometimes another disease can cause a rabbit to become constipated or to refuse to drink.

If she has been drinking from a bottle, give her a heavy crock or bowl of water to drink out of as well. Some rabbits prefer bowls to bottles. If she is outside, make sure it isn't freezing. You can also up her vegetables tog ive her more moisture. If she truly isn't drinking at all, ask your vet about syringing her water.

yea, umm, some of us like soda pop. and I know from experience that on a warm summer day a nice cold glass of lemonade really hits the spot.
stop trying to save money by denying your rabbit the drink of their choice.

do you have laxatives for her? if not that will help with constipation. but if she doesnt start drinking... she may have a hairball she needs to pass. take her to the vet or call them and see what may still be wrong. bunnies are fragile animals.

Get a new bottle just in case there is something wrong with it and try using bottled water rather than tap water. Maybe if your tap water is clorinated she doesn't like it. I know I don't.

get the bottle checked; sometimes the nozzle of the bottle is faulty making it impossible to drink from it.
