For your lamps if they have standard (Edison) base bulbs you'll only have to buy 240VAC light bulbs when you get to Europe and plug (Schuko) adapters, transformers will not be necessary.

For the digital piano I'd suggest shopping at an electronics store in Europe with the piano's (U.S.) power supply. Read the specifications on the power supply's OUTPUT and match up accordingly.

What types of 'small appliances' will you be taking? Often it would behoove you to purchase them in your destination country rather than move them with you.

You can buy adaptors at any place that sells travel supplies.
As much as I HATE Wally World, try them first.
