Seriously, though, I would generally argue that censorship is undemocratic & that, yes, an audience should have the right to see perversion if that is what they want to see. It's called the "pursuit of happiness", which the founders of the U.S. described as an "inalienable right". Unless one can conclusively prove that an action by a person or persons harms others, or the nation as a whole (in a tangible, demonstrable fashion), then it would be undemocratic and "un-American" to prevent that person from pursuing happiness. And, to date, no one has been able to make a convincing, iron-clad argument that Person A watching something perverted harms Person B or City C or State D or the nation as a whole.
