They work great! They do cost money though. A less expensive alternative is a piece of soft old cotten T-shirt--it can be washed and reused.

RE:
Do swiffer dusters really work that good?
Have you used them before in your house?

I've used the swiffer duster. Not impressed. I would rather use my feather duster. I do, however, love the swiffer sweeper! You need to get the one with the vacuum though, or else your just pushing the dirt, dust and crumbs around. I swear by it!

I use them but im not really impressed by them. They do dust well but they dont hold the dust like the commercial shows. Its an easy way to wipe off surfaces but it will come back because a large percentage is just put back into the air. And the other brand of dusters with the built in spray are AWFUL!!! The fibers from the duster stick in the spray and dont come off, gross....Good luck!

I hate them! You can see dust flying thru the air when you use them and 2 hours later you need to dust again. If you don't want to do the furniture polishing routine or you just need a quick touch up I recommend a feather duster made entirely of ostrich feathers. They must be ostrich feathers though, because ostrich feathers have static electricity which draws the dust and clings to the feathers. Then just take the duster outside and shake it off. Flylady.net has a great one on her website along with instructions for cleaning them when they get dirty. Check it out!

They are great for quick touch ups, they do work better than feather dusters and they can get in and around hard to reach areas. Also are pretty good for window blinds

I have never thought Swiffer-anything was worth a crap.
But that's just my opinion.

Okay, I will help you. If you are here ILLEGALLY then you are already breaking the law, so if you would like to have RIGHTS here in the United States, then please return to mexico and come here legally. K :) Oh and by the way, did you know that mexico has tougher laws on immigration then we do? I know someone who went to Mexico with her hispanic husband and children. She was there for a few months, as they were living there. She was leaving to come back to visit in the states and they said that they were going to deport her children since they were not citizens. Long story short, they live here now! If you do not like the laws that are already in place here, then please do not come back!

the swiffer sweeper isn't that great--I suggest actually sweeping before you wet swiffer, because once the pad gets dirty it doesn't clean or pick up dirt all that well.
