You question makes no sense. Are you making a statement here or actually asking a question? And is the question that you are seeking information about someone?
If you are trying to locate someone you know was born in the Baltic State of Latvia in 1945 and you know (or think you know) she lives in Orville, Ohio now if shouldn't be too hard to locate and make contact with her.
Try calling the Orville Chamber of Congress, the City Hall, the Police Department, the local Library or Hospital and ask about her. Mention to whoever you're speaking to her first name and where she is originally from. Orville, Ohio is a rather small town so I'm sure someone you will talk to will either know her or know of her.
