I think that's a Paul Weller original, but the Kinks and Cole Porter both wrote different songs with the same title.
The Sinatra song is the Cole Porter version so that answer is wrong.

just had a look at my British hit singles book, it says that the dumdums did you do something to me on the 23rd sep 00, to me it looks like Paul Weller's version is the original

It is difficult to know who did the original, but Ella Fitzgerald, and Frank Sinatra were probably the first to cover it.
