Try using the program Devhook but you will need a pro to install it for you as you will need to downgrade your psp and then you can just download games for free.

my friend is an expert at doing the downgrading of psp's, hes done loads of them and bricked none as of yet, he will then supply you with some games and sources that you can download them from. he also offers instructions on how to do it. e-mail me on Choc_2006@hotmail.co.uk if you would like to get in contact with him. he would do it for a price of like £20 which is better than paying £30 a time for new games.
