No?? even if they were going to trade for someone else's back up they'd be much better off goign after Billy Volek (chargers) and Matt Schaub(falcons) Those guys have both proven to be capable quarterbacks, better than detmer and younger
This is of course omitting the fact that Romo has tons of potential and Jones and Parcells both really like him

I'm not a Cowboys fan, but I think Romo could turn out to be at least a second tier quarterback if not first tier. The Giants on the other hand need to find another QB. All Mannings are not created equal.

Karl C, Rocky Balboa is a fictional character from a series of movies you dummy. Philadelphia has had some great athletes whether or not you believe that is your own damn problem, not mine. We had Scott Rolen, Reggie White, Randall Cunningham, Vince Papale, Mike Schmidt, Charles Barkley, Bill Romanowski, Julius Earving...I could go on and on.
