Yes I do. I had a 28 hour labour. I endured 22 1/2 hours drug-free, the remaining 5 1/2 hours I had an epidural because I just couldn't handle it anymore. I'll be honest, it was horrible..the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. It felt like my lower body was being ripped in two.
But to be honest, it was completely worth the anguish. When I held my son for the first time, I didn't even think about what I had been through. And, I can't wait to do it all over again with my second child.
Good luck!

My labor was fairly difficult. So I remember being in pain for nearly 3 days. My back hurt badly. I remember the pain being like bad menstrual cramps, that I couldn't take anything for. I had to have a big time epidural because of the umbilical cord complication.

There`s 11 years between my to kids and yeah I forgot what the pain felt like to!! My first labor was short and easy and I took nothing for pain. My second was a lot longer and I finally got an epidural but it didn`t work...But you know it`s all worth it in the end when they put that little baby in your arms!!!

I have 2 boys (well, one is a man now), ages 28 and 11. I remember the pain from both of their births. My oldest one had to be delivered with forceps - it felt like my whole insides were being pulled out. With my youngest one, I didn't want an epidural. I was afraid of the side effects, and figured I could handle the pain. I was given Demerol, but all that did was make me dizzy and light-headed.

Like it was yesterday honey. I had tremendous back labor pain for over 32 hours. And with my second child I was induced and only in labor for 5 hours. I believe I totally scared the doctor the first time after 32 hours of labor, I pulled the doctor's necktie down to my face and told him I didn't care how, or who, but he was ordered to take my child out then. I didn't think he wanted to go a second round with me for my second child. I do remember lots and lots of pain.

There is actually a chemical in your brain that kicks in during labor to help you forget the pain. Otherwise women wouldn't have more than one child. I do remember telling my husband it felt like my hips were being ripped apart.(before the epidural). Hope that helps.

i had my baby a lil less than a month ago and i remember that before the epidural, i thought i was going to die. i was induced and the contractions, unfortunately, came hard and strong and were about 2 mins apart with very lil warning. it was miserable...then i got the epidural and i was doin perfect. as soon as the medicine took effect, i felt no pain, just numbness. during the actual delivery, i just felt pressure, but not an ounce of pain.

My son will be 2 in March and I can't remember being pregnant. But I do remember my contractions weren't bad until they induced me and I remember yelling at the Anesthesiologist and everybody jumped back. She should have just given me the Epi I didn't ask for her to comfort me. But then she said I was rather sweet after the birth.

I do remember. It was like the worst cramps X 100 plus the worst constipation X 100. But the pain was worth it.
