I have always wonder is a paper application better than an online application? which do employers look at first? which do they look at last?

Consider this, with a paper application, you get to make a personal impression with the company, even if it's only with the secretary at the front desk. I always go with paper unless there's an unprecidented circumstance that doesn't allow me otherwise. With the previous responses, you might be unsure of the company's network security, so that's another pro for going with paper. Best of luck!

It really depends on the employer. Most resumes I have sent out have been electronic and I have found better response with those. However some employers wont take electronic applications at all.
Before submitting an application make sure you find out which one the employer prefers. When in doubt, try both.

Like the other person said, it depends. However, if you have the option, I'd do paper. I turned in an online application at one point and recently found out that that company's server was hacked and my information may have been stolen, including my ss#. So, I'm not too fond of the online app. right now.

It depends on the companies policy. If the company uses electronic applications, they will not accept an application on paper.
