Technically, the interviewer should. But, it wouldn't hurt to offer to leave it yourself.

When a potential employer suggests and conducts a job interview during lunch, he/she should definitely pick up the bill and tip.

They have an expense account for that sort of thing, and it doesn't cost them a penny.

A few tips:

Don't order the most expensive entree (a good guideline is to choose something in the same or lower price range that your interviewer orders).

NEVER order any kind of alcoholic beverage, even if he/she does.

Chew with your mouth closed! :-)
