I think that about so many people (don't worry, I'm not planning on reproducing, so I'm not being a hypocrite!) on a very regular basis.
This one guy in particular that I'm acquainted with. He's definitely one of the single-digit IQ people. I mean, LOW single digits... and he doesn't care. Not that I'm picking on less intelligent people, but he's blantant about it. He brags about never having read a book in his life, his grammar makes his speaking terrible and his writing illegible... sigh.

Yes lots of times ... in fact nearly every day. Don't necessarily meet them but when walking past one thinks that it would be scary if they were to reproduce (also personality counts)

Yes, I live in a small country town, I see that everyday. Whats scarier, is some of those people have kids.

Not literally, and not having actually met, but I once answered a question here from a woman who claimed to be attracted to her brother.

Yep, sure have. They are usually trailed by their 7 kids whose paternal grandparents are the same as their maternal grandparents.

well when the loud angry mom is grabbing the flesh off her childs arm, i sometimes wonder why her and doesn't she know that child is a blessing not a pain.

LOL....Yes. I used to work with this one guy. I called him the posterchild for Planned Parenthood. He had this girlfriend who is just as whacked out as him. I used to tell him to his face, "Just please don't have any kids". If you knew this guy, you'd totally understand.
