the e-mail is very slow and it, seem to be making everything else slow. i have tried reinstalling everything but that's not help much.

If it's plugged into a 115V outlet, you can change the plug on the power cord, and plug it into a 230V outlet. That will make it run twice as fast. Also, if you do other things while you're using the computer (like eat snacks, talk on the phone), it will SEEM like your computer is faster than it is. That's actually why Intel is in the 'chip' business. They want people to think their cpus are really fast, so they are trying to get everyone to snack on their chips while they use the computer.

when u mean reinstalling it only the prog or a full install of os if u didnt do a format and reinstall os try your isp conn or company u got net with..also u can do a msconfig on the run menu look for startup unck all boxes restart comp and see if ti works better..if u have alot of icons near the clock..

try to have the anti-spyware or adware.or your memory is very low thats why.

defrag. did u reinstall windows on it. i would recomended to do that...
