I'll take "the book of Psalms" for 200 Alex.
I actually have no idea, but the oldest I'm aware of, and it's probably close, is the book of Psalms in the Old Testament. the Psalms were the Songs of Solomon Waaaaaaayyyy back when.

In the last several years a piece of Sumerian pottery was discovered with, what they think is, music carved on it.
