Depends how much- if your still getting loads long after giving up breast feeding, or never feeding, that may be a bit of a worry, but if it's only a dribble it's fine. Milk production is stimulated by stimulating the nipples (baby sucking or otherwise)- some women wh adopt but who've never been pregnant can lactate with enough stimulation.

completely normal.

I've nursed three children and finished up the last child a decade ago and I still have 'milk' when the doctor does the breast exam.

However, each time the doc does examine the liquid to be sure there are no cancer cells in it.

I assume you are nursing your son. If so, it is most definitely normal! Most medical sources recommend breastfeeding for at least six months to a year, and as long afterwards as mother and baby desire. It is common in many cultures to breastfeed for 3 years or more. Check out the source below, which is a simple page from the U.S. food & drug administration.

I could still express milk after my second daughter was born for almost 3 years. I did not leak but if I squeezed my nipples I would still get milk. My doctor said that this is perfectly normal. I would contact your ob if you are concerned but I think you will be just fine.

If you keep nursing him or milking yourself with a pump, you'll keep producing milk. If you stopped nursing months ago, you might want to ask a doctor about it.
