Lifting up the back and jiggling it doesnt work...wtf..someone have any suggestions..its overflowed onto my floor!

the water level is high, around the rim of the toilet...and everytime i try and flush it, it goes nowhere but over and out of the toilet..

Sounds like you need to rent a snake or pay a plumber to bring his.

Only the toliet? I would buy/borrow a plumber's snake and it rotates into the drain tearing up whatever is causing the plug. Liquid chemicals are available. Find a Lowe's or HomeDepot or Ace Hardware and hit the plumbing department for a specialist on which one to get.

If the water level is down, you can pour a bucket of hot water straight into the drain. Usually forces everything down
