It's a really nice hotel, good service. Close to the main train station and also close to the Stachus where the pedestrian area starts. You should see the Rathaus, Viktualienmarkt, Hofbräuhaus, Dallmayer Feinkost and the Augustiner Restaurant. All this places you can walk by. They also do tours to other nice places in the city. The best is to get a tour book and read about Munich before you go there.
I wish you all the best.

The Meridien is one of the best hotels in Munich. Especially the fitness area has raving fans to it.

An Munich is a great place for your honeymoon. Apart from the already mentioned attractions make sure to visit the Nymphenburg Castle in Munich (which looks a bit like Versailles) and of course the romantic castle Neuschwanstein, that is about one hour drive from Munich.

It is top of the line. Due to architectural regulations it appears on the outside to be a historic type building ( painted royal yellow like the German KIings liked to do) but has been totally updated (super modern) on the inside. It is right in the heart of Munich so much of the best of the city (which is a lot) is within easy walking distance. It is also on the "trolley" line so you will be able to get ANYWHERE really easily and fast. The U-Bahn in Munich is so cool and fast, it's like having your own subway at your disposal. Study the U-bahn maps on-line before you get there. Don't forget to have your first real brick oven Italian pizza there (many Italian ex-pats) Yum. And she can shop at Herti's Department store---(It is great). Oh yeh and I guess do the other tourist stuff---LOL---Oh yeh, almost forgot-- first thing go to the tourist office in the haptbahnhof and get your tourists coupon book---tons of everything half price coupons...It works...
