In a wholesale or retail, service situation, service to others is the
business activity...Customer satisfaction is the primary goal, even profit takes second place..! With customer satisfaction, they will RETURN for more product/service....Unsatisfied, they will go elsewhere...! Satisfaction IS # 1...!

Since the human is so complex never will be satisfaction for nothing.Period.Some people care about the store respect and stuff like that. What really matter ,is the personal satisfaction and how do you feel about. Is you who can built the satisfaction. If you're a costumer or not,do not matter.

Yes, but most customer service programs revolve around a very passive strategy of reacting to customers instead of anticipating their needs. I would rather design a project that helps hundreds of customers instead of being on the phone listening to one customer's complaints for an hour - most companies don't think like that.

are you the customer or the one intitled to help the customer? if the customer then it depends. sometimes a bargin is #1 sometimes quality and them sometimes customer satisfaction. if the worker yes it's your job and your job is your job. that is if i understood the question right. lol.

Nope, I have never subscribed to the 'customer is always right' bullsh*t. But, I am good at customer relations, if that makes sense.

if by "satisfaction" you mean getting them the hell out before they have a chance to gripe about something, then, yes
