Happiness is being able to support one's self and family, and being in good health and company. Happiness is having peace and stability.

First of all, I'm not sure if you're asking for personal or professional happiness ... so I'll answer both questions and you can take it from there.
I am a 37 years old, female, an over-the-road truck driver, and I live in the United States.
Personal happiness is being listened to, loved, and respected for the things I do for my family, my home, my community, and the people around me.
Professional happiness would be for other people (other drivers, dispatchers, trucking companies, dock attendants, mechanics, ect.) to realize that just because I'm a short (5-foot, 2-inch) female in a "man's job", doesn't mean that I'm incapable of performing my chosen job duties as well as a man.

I think happiness for a women if being fulfilled in every kind of way. I know there are day that where not happy at all but there's got to be something going on in that person's life that when they wake up in the morning there just happy and glad to be alive and doing something they like.

Happiness for women? Hmmm....it is different for every woman. Mental peace - but that goes for everyone, men too. Why is this mental happiness for women? As if women's mental happiness has consistency and is different from men's. Happiness for me is being in the best shape I can physically, being time-efficient, and having good relationships with friends, family, and boyfriend.

I believe happiness for women is being confident in ourselves and our abilities, having a supportive family and good friends, and finding someone who loves us for all of our qualities--both good and bad :) For me personally, happiness is finding joy in the everyday.
