I downloaded this add on to use with msn however i didn't realise you had to pay for it which i'm not wanting to do so, i'm trying to delete it. but removing it is proving impossible all i keep getting is a pop up saying i need to register it and pay for it but i don't want to. in add and remove programmes there is no uninstall option and safe mode doesn't work either. I have run anti spyware and virus checkers but i can't shift it. Please help.

I dont think you can, just go to wherever you saved the file then delete it there.

I believe you have to uninstall it from the windows uninstall programs list. click control panel, then add/remove programs, then on the left side, it should have an option to uninstall/reinstall windows installed programs.(i.e: windows media player/internet explorer) that might be where the uninstallation of the msn content lays. good luck

That's what I'm still trying to figure out. I'm having the same problem as you're having. I even tried deleting the msnlogm and msnlog files but can't do it.

Go into your computer menu and uninstall it like you would a game...
