Yes, the last one I bought, some years ago I might add, said to watch first, by the time I had WATCHED it, I was almost in a state of collapse!!! Took most the afternoon on the sofa to recover!

Its still up there on the shelf gathering dust each week

The only pounds I lost were out of my bank account!

Most are useless (Jade Goody springs to mind here) however there are a couple that are extremly good as the people fronting them are actual aerobic instructors

Beverley Callard (Liz Macdonald from Corrie)
Nell McAndrew

Others are "bastardizations" of effective work out programmes such as Les Mills Classes ie BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyAttack etc

Kate Lawler

Overall getting fit is about having fun not spending loads of money on DVDs and gyms etc. Find an activity you enjoy and just do it!!!! As long as you burn more calories than you put in your body, you will lose weight!!

Yeah especally when fat ugly trollops like Jade Goody release a fitness DVD.

Dear God I don't want to look like her!!! You'd think the celebs would at least be fit, slim and attractive to entice people to exercise their way!

I bought Cindy Crawford's fitness video back in the early 90s though but she at least has the sort of face and body women actually aspire to.

If you want to get fit you're much better joining a class where you can get proper training from an instructor.

Well Bruce is a Goose. He was out of the game for 5 years when 10 & 9 had the AFL and the game has sped up. He's talking about something 2 plays ago. He's not up to it. They should just pull him out of mothballs every 4 years to do the Olympics - SPECIAL.

Yes. Definitely. These eejit celebs think we're fooled because they've lost a load of weight especially to make money out of us. Most of them look like lumps of lard again in their bikini photos just a few months later (Martin McCutcheon, Jade Goody, being the worst offenders of that)

Especially when the likes of Jade Goody have a £4,000 liposuction op and then release a fitness video telling people what exercises she supposedly did. She is a fraud.
