get something small and cylindrical (this was originally a lipstick lid, but you can use a lid to a lotion bottle or something... metal or glass work best, but I couldn't think of anything a guy would have that fits that description) and press it into the hicky while twisting. repeat over and over. this will break up the purple spots and will leave just a red splotch. then put visiene on it. you will still have a light red splotch, but it can be passed off as something else. if you are desperate, you can start scratching other parts of your body that are not as prone to hickies, in order to leave more red marks to make it look like a rash.

Being that this is in the guy section it sounds lie you are more worried about being caught for having a hickey. Perhaps you received the hickey from someone other then your partner? Either way there are a ton of wives tales about what to do,
frozen spoons
using a vinegar soaked tissue or cotton ball on it
none of them really work, it is a bruise. Only way for it to heal is for the body to repair itself.
Exercise, eat right and possibly that will make it go away quicker, but time is the only sure thing.

Ok, first. Wash your face with a warm wash cloth. The Key to getting rid of things like that is a clean face. Then, wash your face with Ivory soap, or any other pure soap. If it does not drain by itself, try some cover-up. You can buy it at almost any Dollar Store. Try putting ice on it, and then peroxide to get rid of the bacteria. And last, put some acne cream on it to dry it up. In the morning it should be a "scab". Katie =]

BE SURE TO WEAR INSULATED GLOVES!!!
(1) Dip a sponge in liguid nitrogen for three minutes and remove with tongs.
(2) Lay on your side with a plastic tarp covering every part of your body save for the hickey site.
(3) Take the sponge out of the liquid nitrogen. Discard.
(4) Pour the liquid nitrogen onto the hickey. Wait 10 minutes. Rinse. Repeat.
Now the hickey should be entirely vanished. If not, then repeat the process.
In the future, make sure your make out partner sucks on some hidden part of your body - the area where the backside of your thigh meets your buttocks is a safe bet.

a hickie is basically a bruise, and like all bruises, the only thing to make it go away is time. You can hide it with a scarf or makeup, but only time will make it go away.

Have the person give you hicky's on the rest of your body...that way it will match completely.

Its winter... if its on the neck a turtle neck is appropriate...
If its somewhere else, don't stress, no one's going to be examining your thighs... unless you've been really naughty.
And makeup properly applied works well...

pimp to tell u the truth there is no "quick" way to get rid of a hicky. the best thin gv to do is cover it up the best way u no how.

Let a dude jerk off and blow on your face. Rub the giz on your hicky and it'll go away.
